I am a global supply chain leader with 18+ years of extensive experience managing Canada, the U.S., and international markets. Currently at Cipher Pharmaceuticals, I lead end-to-end commercial supply chains across North America, driving GMP-compliant operations, demand/supply planning, procurement, and 3PL/CMO integration. I collaborate with cross-functional partners in Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Medical Affairs to support product launches, transformation initiatives and ensure supply continuity. Prior to Cipher, I led procurement and supply chain operations at Rêve Pharma Canada, and before immigrating to Canada, I managed large-scale, export-oriented pharma supply chains in India with Centrient Pharmaceuticals. I also bring diverse industry experience from Shell and AkzoNobel, where I delivered global logistics strategies, SAP-enabled digital supply chain solutions, and cost optimization across multiple geographies. Alongside my corporate role, I taught Supply Chain Management at Queen’s College of Business & Technology, mentoring future professionals in S&OP, SAP ERP, and regulatory compliance—bridging academic concepts with industry reality.
